For more than 20 years working for 7 multinational companies I gained experience in how to acquire the job that I want with a higher salary by designing the By Heart Professional Brand. As I don’t know how to name what I did. In my marketing certificate at AUC, I studied personal branding. I merged what I studied in personal branding with my experience and designed a step-by-step Branding system specifically designed for employees to help them achieve their dream salary by grabbing and securing their desired career path.
My name is Mohamed Farghaly, the founder and CEO of Professional Brand Booster.
I graduated from Ain Shams University in 2004 and worked for a local company in Egypt. A local company that no one knows except those who worked in Egypt. At that time, local companies required a minimum of two years of experience to be considered. You can imagine the tough conditions being set by global corporates. English is compulsory to work in an international company and my English wasn’t very good.
I was very interested in developing my skills, capabilities and experiences that I can gain to be qualified to join international companies. I focused on the skills that I could write on my resume to be competitive in the market. I’ve learned how to search for jobs, secure an interview from a competitive and valuable resume, and how to impress managers and exceed their expectations. I did these steps several times, and it enabled me to work for 7 international companies until I worked for Qatar Petroleum, one of the largest oil companies in the world.
